Many people are interested in Zodiac signs, either because they believe in astrology, they think it’s fun, or, in my case, because they are into the manga series, Saint Seiya.
Anyway, there are plenty of Pisces anime characters, and in this post I will write about some of the best out there.
1. Louis – Brothers Conflict
Louis is an artist for a living.
He constantly tries to improve the appearance of those in his art to make them even more beautiful than before particularly with their hair.
He is also one of the most comforting individuals in the house and is one of the few that is not usually trying to seduce Ema.
He is very soft and mellow which is typical of a Pisces.
2. Tenten – Naruto
Tenten may not be the most popular or well-known Naruto character…
In fact, she is probably the least prominent female character in the show.
But despite that, she still plays an important part in keeping her team together.
Compared to the ever-hyped Lee and the strict Neji, Tenten is more easygoing and chill than they are and usually is the one who supports them.
3. Leorio Paladiknight – Hunter x Hunter
Leorio is a rookie hunter and member of the Zodiac Twelve.
Originally depicted as a narcissist, Leorio is a good person who wants to become a physician to help those in need.
That is the reason he became a Hunter.
Becoming a hunter will finance what he needs to reach his dream of being a doctor.
4. Smoker – One Piece
He is the current commander of the G-5 Marine Base.
Smoker is a marine who can control smoke.
He can create it, turn himself into smoke, and more.
Despite his intense appearance, Smoker is a gentleman who never abuses his position and always treats his subordinates with absolute respect.
But, even though he is a good man, he can get angry easily.
5. Midnight – My Hero Academia
The R-rated superhero, Midnight, is a former Pro Hero and instructor at U.A High School who has the power to put people to sleep with the aroma of her body.
She has a lively and flirtatious personality.
But at the same time, she can be very temperamental and arrogant.
Her real name is Nemuri Kayama.
6. Mitsukuni “Honey” Haninozuka – Ouran High School Host Club
Better known as “Honey-senpai,” Mitsukuni is a boy who had to hide his true personality to lead the Haninozuka family dojo.
But after meeting Tamaki in the Host Club and feeling encouraged by him, he starts to be himself.
His intuition is his strongest trait.
He easily can notice when one of his fellow club members is in love and more.
7. Fuuji Shuusuke – Prince of Tennis
Fuji is a tennis prodigy who looks exactly like a prince.
He excels n this sport, but he does not take it seriously.
In fact, it is hard to find something Fuuji takes seriously.
But when he plays to win, he is a living challenge.
He is also very protective, hard to read, cool, and calm.
But he can lose control when somebody close to him is in danger.
8. Mary Saotome – Kakegurui
Mary doesn’t seem to represent this sign at all because, in the beginning, she is snappy, arrogant, egocentric, and thinks about herself every time.
But later, especially in Kakegurui Twin, she appears to be another person.
She is friendly, softer, and cares deeply about her friends.
9. Umi Sonoda – Love Live! School Idol Project
At the beginning of Love Live, Umi is shy and reserved, never having wanted to be a school idol.
But after meeting Honoka, Umi changed her mind and decided to join her.
Umi is very adaptable and loves to help those in need.
Also, she can be strict when the situation calls for it, helping her friends to reach their true potential.
10. Yuta Okkotsu – Jujutsu Kaisen
Yuta is a character we haven’t seen in the actual Jujutsu Kaisen series, but in Jujutsu Kaisen 0, he is the protagonist.
He is one of the most powerful characters overall.
Yuta is creative, intuitive, and very critical of himself.
He is also very protective and sweet.
And he is more than willing to give his life to save those he cares about and loves.
11. Shanks – One Piece
Shanks stopped a war just by telling each group to stop.
He is the captain of the Red Hair Pïrates and one of the Four Emperors of the New World.
Despite his carefree, chill, and laid-back personality, Shanks is an extremely powerful pirate whose raw strength can rival both Kaidou and Luffy.
Nevertheless, he can panic when things go wrong.
12. Yakumo Oomori – Tokyo Ghoul
Yakumo is a sadistic and manipulative ghoul with temperament problems who loves interrogating his victims with physical and emotional torture.
He received his nickname “13th Ward Jason” because of his brutality.
This is also clearly a reference and tribute to Jason Voorhees, the antagonist of the Friday the 13th series.
13. Elaine – Seven Deadly Sins
Elaine is the younger sister of King and the wife of Ban.
She used to be the protector of the Fountain of Youth and also used to hate humans because of their attempts to steal the water.
Everything changed when she met Ban.
And after reading his heart, she started to trust in humans.
She is the main reason why Ban is immortal.
14. Kasuka Heiwajima – Durarara!!
Durarara!! is a great anime, and Kasuka is one of the best characters in this anime.
In regular social situations, Kasuka is very reserved.
But when it comes to acting, he is astonishingly artistic.
He only thinks of acting and knows that he would die for it in an unfortunate turn of events.
15. Shinobu Kocho – Demon Slayer
Shinobu is the current Insect Pillar and one of the Nine Pillars.
She is a beautiful girl who is always smiling and speaks with a very soft and relaxed tone.
But underneath that friendly and cheerful demeanor, she hides an intense hate towards demons and an extremely angry personality.
She also has an inferiority complex due to her weak body.
16. Wendy Marvell – Fairy Tail
Wendy is a member of the Fairy Tail guild and the youngest Dragon Slayer.
She is a wind elemental Sky Dragon Slayer who has healing magic.
Wendy is a warm, compassionate and shy mage who cares deeply for her friends and the people she loves.
She goes so far as to put herself in dangerous situations to save her friends.
17. Chihiro Fujisaki – Danganronpa
Chihiro Fujisaki is a meek, timid, and shy girl who is very sympathetic and loves talking about hacking and other technological things.
She is also somebody who loves to ensure everyone gets along, keeps the peace everywhere she goes, and doesn’t like to harm other people.
She was born on March 14th.
18. Yuri Plisetsky – Yuri!!! on ICE
This anime trolled every male otaku.
Yuri, despite being the titular character, is not the lead character of the anime.
He is a competitive man with a harder exterior than the other characters on this list.
He is also a fearful person who loves ice skating.
This is his only escape from reality because he considers this an art.
19. Italy Veneziano – Hetalia: Axis Powers
Hetalia is a weird anime that fujoshis would love.
Italy is an artistic man whose pastimes include eating, painting, and music of course.
He is very confident in himself despite not being the strongest because he knows his skills and how to use them efficiently.
Most of the time, he is spacing out in his own world.
20. Sabo – One Piece
Sabo is the chief of staff in The Revolutionary Army and the sworn brother of Portgas D. Ace and Monkey D. Luffy.
The son of a nobleman, Sabo always dreamed of being a pirate and ran from home to fulfill that dream.
Sabo is also the current user of the Mera Mera no Mi, the Devil Fruit previously used by Ace.
21. Nana Osaki – Nana
Nana is the titular character of one of the best shojo manga ever (despite being on hiatus since 2009).
She has a very tragic past and she never gives up no matter what.
Nana aspires to be a rockstar.
At first sight, she looks like the tough goth girl you’ve always wanted.
But underneath that, she has a big heart and is a very devoted friend.
22. Aimaru – Toriko
Aimaru is the leader of a group named Gourmet Knights.
This group follows a doctrine that states “entrust one’s life completely to nature.”
Aimaru is a natural-born leader with a soft-spoken nature and the sort of self-confidence that allows him to achieve everything that leads to success.
He has the power to “eat” a disease and generate a cure.
23. Subaru Sumeragi – Tokyo Babylon
Subaru is the main protagonist of Tokyo Babylon and also a supporting character in the X series.
Subari is charming, selfless, kind, and honest and can tell when a person is real.
He is the head of the Sumeragi clan and also an exorcist.
His only weakness is his grief which sometimes causes his depression.
24. Marin Kitagawa – My Dress-Up Darling
Marin is a girl who blew everybody away because of her charming and friendly personality and her beautiful looks.
She is friendly, creative, and determined.
Marin will do anything to cosplay the characters she loves.
She is also very sympathetic and easygoing.
25. Black Star – Soul Eater
Black Star is an assassin and the last living member of the Star clan.
Raised by Sid Barrett (what a fantastic name), Black Star is one of the most powerful and top-ranked students in the academy.
He is the partner of Tsubaki Nakatsukasa, a demon weapon who joined the academy to stop her brother.
He was born on February 22nd.
26. Kabuto Yakushi – Naruto
Kabuto was a guy who was presented as a good Leaf Village ninja who helped and tutored Naruto throughout the Chuunin Exams.
But after that, it was revealed he was a spy all along and worked with Orochimaru.
Later, he was responsible for resurrecting powerful Shinobis to help him to defeat the Allied Shinobi Forces.
27. Light Yagami – Death Note
It is weird to see such a dark and twisted person as Light Yagami on a list like this.
But he is a Pisces character at the end of the day.
He believes in a better world and wants to create this world by killing every criminal in existence.
Despite being a twisted hero, he has a more sensitive and quiet side that we don’t see all the time.
28. Ai Nanasaki – Amagami SS
Ai is one of the characters of Amagami SS.
She is a normal high school girl who sets her standards high and works very hard to achieve what she sets her mind on.
Her most well-known aspiration is to become a member of the swimming team.
She sometimes can be a little bit cold and reserved too.
29. Nozomi Kaminashi – Keijo!!!!!!!!
Nozomi is the lead character from Keijo and wants to help her family by becoming the best Keijo player in the world.
She is very loyal to her friends, is gentle, compassionate, and is always dreaming.
But she hates being criticized by others.
She can attract people exactly like her, and that helps her to make friends.
30. Ryuken Ishida – Bleach
Ryuken is Uryu’s father and one of the most recurring characters in Bleach.
He is the current director of Karakura Hospital and is also a Quincy.
In addition to being intelligent, cold, and industrious, Ryuken is a very powerful strategist with enormous spiritual power.
He despises his status as a Quincy despite being one of the last surviving Quincys.
31. Korosensei – Assassination Classroom
Korosensei is both the central protagonist and antagonist of Assassination Classroom and the teacher of the Class 3E of Kunugigaoka High School.
He is an alien with two dreams: being a teacher and destroying the world.
He enjoys teaching and wants to give his class the best education possible while being a very gentle individual.
32. Hikari Hanazono – Special A
Hikari is the protagonist of the romantic comedy anime Special A and is also a Pisces.
She is compassionate, optimistic, and extremely intelligent.
Hikari hates to be criticized by others because of her smart personality.
She is also extremely outgoing and competitive when Kei is around.
33. Shiemi Moriyama – Blue Exorcist
Shiemi is the perfect example of a Pisces character.
She enjoys being alone, compassionate, talented, wise for her age, overly trusting, and socially naïve.
Shiemi is also very shy, but that doesn’t affect her work as a demon fighter.
She conforms to the Pisces stereotypes most of any character on this list.
34. Yuuji Itadori – Jujutsu Kaisen
Yuuji is the main protagonist.
He is a teenager with superhuman physical condition who lives a normal life until he eats a cursed finger from one very cursed entity called Ryumen Sukuna.
Satoru Gojous takes him under his wing for observation and joins Tokyo Jujutsu High to search the remaining Sukuna’s fingers.
35. Vinsmoke Sanji – One Piece
Sanji is one of the main and most popular characters in One Piece.
He is the cook and fifth member to join the Straw Hat Pirates.
He is widely known as “Black Leg Sanji” and is one of the most feared Straw Hat Pirates members.
Despite his flirtatious nature, Sanji is the most logical crew member and can brainstorm great tactics.
36. Kisame Hoshigaki – Naruto
Kisame used to be a ninja from the Hidden Mist Village and is the most recurrent antagonist in the series.
He has a long history of betraying his comrades.
He even betrayed his own village.
That is why he was paired with Itachi Uchiha, so the latter could keep an eye on him.
Despite that, he is a very confident ninja when it comes to secrets.
37. Nodoka Toyohama – Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai
Nodoka may be Mai’s younger half-sister, but that doesn’t mean that she is less mature than her.
Another victim of Adolescence Syndrome, Nodoka hates her sister because of her success.
But in the end, they realized is was all just a misunderstanding.
She is also extremely empathetic and compassionate.
38. Kyoko Sasagawa – Katekyo Hitman Reborn
Kyko Sasagawa is one of the protagonists of the Katekyo Hitman Reborn series.
She is an honest girl with a generous heart and is enthusiastic about everything.
Kyko is also very sympathetic and has a crush on Tsunayoshi Sawada.
You might consider Kyoko an almost perfect role model because of her gentle personality.
39. Shirayuki – Snow White with the Red Hair
Shirayuki is a very kind, lovely, calm, and inviting girl whose presence inspires harmony and charm.
She believes more in her emotions than in the logical part of life and is very intuitive.
She is creative when facing problems and can adapt to any situation.
She also evolves, which is part of the Pisces’ magic.
40. Takeru Totsuka – Play of Gods
Takeru is a hard god on the outside.
At first glance, he is not the type of guy you would befriend.
But this is because he prefers to be alone.
However, later in the story, he starts feeling more comfortable with other gods.
Although he enjoys being mad, he is very dedicated to those he considers his true friends.
41. Michiru Kita – Zombie Loan
Michiru used to be a happy and normal girl.
But everything changed when she obtained the Shinigami Eyes and saw rings on her parents’ necks symbolizing their impending death.
After her parents’ death, she became more pessimistic and numb.
After meeting Chika, she starts to be more optimistic and happy again.
42. Eiri Yuki – Gravitation
The main character of Gravitation, Yuki is a popular and prolific writer in the literary community.
His writing is neat, clear, elegant, and professional, but like many other Pisces individuals, he has minor schizophrenia.
However, that doesn’t impact his writing abilities.
He is still one of the best, thanks in part to being a Pisces.
43. Ayane Yano – Kimi ni Todoke: From Me to You
Despite her gyaru appearance, Ayane is loyal and smarter than you think.
She is very compassionate and is a great friend.
She was the first to see that Sawako is, in reality, a good girl and the first one to befriend her.
On the other hand, she can be brutal and foul-mouthed when is necessary.
44. Ririchiyo Shirakiin – Inu x Boku Secret Service
In the beginning, Ririchiyo seems to have a hard exterior which is something not characteristic of a Pisces character.
But later, she displays both a shy and quiet interior, something that Pisces are known for.
She is also fearful in social situations and often tends to lash out at others.
But that is just a way of protecting herself.
45. Franky – One Piece
Franky is the eighth member of the Straw Hat Pirates and the shipwright.
A free-spirited, self-proclaimed weirdo and strong-willed pirate who hates rules, Franky was abandoned by his family, and later after an accident, he turned into a cyborg.
His real name is Cutty Flam.
46. Ginko – Mushishi
Ginko is the major lead character of Mushishi.
The story follows him as he travels around the world researching the existence of life forms and insects’ survival methods.
He also works as a freelancer because he sometimes accepts commissions from individuals to discuss some insects.
The story may sound boring but is quite lovely and healing.
47. Nuriko – Fushigi Yuugi
Nuriko is the middle child of a mercantile family who lost the youngest child, Nuriko’s sister.
he never found a traditional way to cope with her death.
The only way he did deal with her death was by dressing like her.
Nuriko is very emotional, eccentric, and intellectual.
48. Yukari Sendo – Rosario + Vampire
Despite her age, Yukari is extremely joyful and talented in the magical arts.
Also, despite her age, she dreams of a romance with Tsukune, much like Moka and the other girls in this anime.
Even though she has this dream, she is very much a realist but still sees the world through a child’s eyes.
Sometimes she can be irritating.
But that is okay.
Her gentle personality compensates for it.
49. Nanami Momozono – Kamisama Kiss
Nanami is a near-perfect example of how a Pisces character should be.
The moment she meets Tomoe and is bestowed with his shrine, she immediately takes responsibility for those residing there.
Despite Tomoe verbally abusing her, she never lets these words affect her.
And she works hard to earn his trust.
50. Sunao Fujimori – Sukisyo
Sunao is an example of a susceptible Pisces.
He is harsh, cold, and solitary, but he is like that because he wants to protect himself.
He often gets into trouble due to his quick temper and his roommate, Sora, knows why this is happening.
Underneath that troublemaking attitude, he is a very sensitive person who wants to separate himself from his emotions.
51. Hiroto Kanazawa – La Corda d’Oro
Hiroto used to be a famous opera singer, but he stopped out of despair.
After an incident with his former lover, he vowed never to sing again.
But that doesn’t mean he separated himself from music.
He is now working to teach other gifted musicians.
Despite this, he is very fearful and often sabotages himself.
52. Kae Serinuma – Kiss Him, Not Me
Kae is just like any other otaku in the world.
She is clumsy, friendly, shy, gentle, and socially awkward.
After losing a lot of weight from crying for an entire week because her favorite character died, she becomes more slender and attractive.
She is a big fujoshi, always fantasizing about guys and imagining weird things.
53. Naho Takamiya – Orange
Orange is a slow burn, but it’s really good.
Its female protagonist, Naho, is compassionate, friendly, and gentle, always putting her friends’ wellbeing first.
Sometimes it is frustrating to see her lack of intuitiveness.
But that, for some reason, is a Pisces trait.
With the time-traveling thing, we can see how much she changes throughout time.
54. Clear – Dramatical Murder
First things first, Clear is not human.
He is also a little bit quirky, and works as a bartender.
Sometimes he has trouble understanding what people are thinking at any given moment.
Despite not being human, his programming allows him to be capable of meeting the needs of others, and he lives to make other people happy.
55. Dracule Mihawk – One Piece
Mihawk is the strongest swordsman in the world and a former warlord of the Seven Warlords of the Sea.
He is one of the main antagonists of both Baratie Arc and Marineford Arc.
Mihawk is a calm and collected individual, even in battle.
During the time skip, he trained Roronoa Zoro in swordsmanship to become even better than before.
