Caffeine Anime is published at caffeineanime.com. Its publication is managed by The Ordinary Trade Pty Ltd (ABN available on request), 179 Maroondah Highway, Ringwood VIC 3134, Australia. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to The Ordinary Trade Pty Ltd as publishing manager of Caffeine Anime.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of the website, its articles and any interactive features such as comments or search. By using the site you agree to them. How we handle personal information is covered separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Our content

Articles on Caffeine Anime are entertainment features, rankings, watch lists and home and living ideas. Streaming availability, prices and product details change, so check the service or retailer before relying on them. Characters, series and artwork referenced in our articles belong to their respective rights holders and appear for commentary and identification.

We take care with what we publish, but articles are general information, not professional advice, and may be out of date by the time you read them. Where an article is written by a contributor, the views are the contributor's own.

Unless stated otherwise, the text, photographs, illustrations and design on Caffeine Anime are owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright. We may edit, decline or remove any submission, and restrict or suspend access to interactive features, where we think it is necessary for legal, safety, quality or community reasons. We do not have to give reasons, though we will try to explain where we can.

Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the security or operation of the site, place unreasonable load on it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, post malicious code, or scrape or bulk-collect content or data without a lawful basis and our consent. You must not impersonate others or post material that is defamatory, abusive, unlawful or infringes anyone's rights.

Advertising and affiliate links

Caffeine Anime is supported by advertising served by Raptive and its partners, and some articles contain affiliate links. If you buy something through an affiliate link we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Advertisers and affiliate networks operate under their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control. Advertising does not influence our editorial recommendations.

Third-party sites

We link to other websites, including story archives, retailers and streaming services. Those sites are not ours, we are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

Availability, warranties and liability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted access or that the content is free of errors. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and any courts that can hear appeals from them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed. Where a change is material we will try to give notice on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
