Flint: The Time Detective is a Hiroshi Fukutomi detective anime series based on a manga by Hideki Sonoda and Akira Yamauchi.
The series follows Flint Hammerhead, a prehistoric youngster who was awakened from his fossil prison and became a Time Detective. Like Inspector Gadget, Flint’s friends Sarah and Tony Goodman handle a lot of the heavy thinking. Flint fought alongside his father, Rocky Hammerhead, a partially resurrected sentient talking rock with a face. Rocky, Flint’s stone ax, functioned as both a weapon and an advisor, in and out of battle. Flint’s goal as a Time Detective was to travel back in time and persuade Time-Shifters to help him defend the chronology.
He usually battled Petra Fina’s minions, Dino and Mite. The Dark Lord wanted to exploit the Time-Shifters’ talents to invade the animals’ home realm, the Land of Time. They start off as cute little critters that can “shape-shift” into significantly powerful forms for a short time before reverting. This frequently took two forms: an evil form caused by the Petra Stamp, Uglinator’s mark, or Dark Lord’s sorcery, and a good form produced by Flint and his squad.

Note is a manga series written and illustrated by Tsugumi Ohba. Detective Conan: Case Closed

Karakurizoshi Ayatsuri Sakon
Karakurizoshi Ayatsuri Sakon is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Masaru Miyazaki (using the pen name Sharakumaro). From May 1995 to January 1996, it was serialized in the Shueisha magazine Weekly Shonen Jump. Four tankobon bound volumes were created from the chapters. Tachibana Sakon, a bunraku puppeteer who solves mysteries with Ukon, a puppet, is the protagonist of the story. Tokyo Movie Shinsha adapted the manga into a 26-episode anime television series, which aired on the satellite network WOWOW from 1999 to 2000.
Sakon Tachibana, a puppeteer, is the one who follows the dark-haired bishounen, while the other is Ukon, his favorite puppet, and best buddy. Sakon is the (unique) grandson of Saemon Tachibana, a Japanese national treasure known for his manipulation of Bunraku puppets. Ukon is a child doll puppet created by the famed female dollmaker Unosuke in the early Meiji era. They run into losses of life and solve them together.
Ranpo Kitan: Game of Laplace
Yoshio Kobayashi, a middle school kid, wakes up in his classroom to find a horrific discovery: his teacher has been hurt, and Yoshio happens to be clutching the weapon used to perpetrate the loss of life.
